The room was lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was disappointed as I was expecting a full Irish breakfast. There were a selection of breakfast wraps and bagels, fresh fruit and juice etc. The food was nice, but I would still prefer a full Irish breakfast. The location is very good.

We booked this hotel last minute to attend the Christmas market and festive vibe in Galway City, very enjoyable stay at the House Hotel, special mention to Liam the night porter, lovely man, we will be back again
Hotel was great when got their got a phone call from family to see if we got down OK a other woman told me to lower my phone some people just did no how to have good time but hotel was lovely and breakfast lovely and the working very helpful ????

The hotel is ideally situated within a short walk from Quay St which is where you'll find shopping, restaurants, etc. We stayed on a Monday night so the price was reasonable for this lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were quite clean. The cooked breakfast however was the worst I ever had but it didn't spoil our stay. In truth, as this is a boutique hotel we would have been happy with a continental style breakfast, cereal, etc which the hotel also provided.
Location is fantastic for Christmas markets and strolling around the city centre. Staff were absolutely fantastic so helpful. Room was spotless. A great choice for breakfast

Nice lobby, bedroom, comfy bed, great breakfast, lovely staff. Good location, near t shops, restaurants, music bars.

The reception staff are helpful and friendly and only too willing to answer any questions. The room was tastefully decorated and all the usual amenities tea, coffee , bottled water, fridge and safe. The bed is comfy and has two types of pillows on both sides one firm one soft. Nice selection for breakfast including filled hot wraps and hot sandwiches that are wrapped if you’re on the run ????
