The Staff we’re all amazing very helpful and kind and patient with any questions you may have and they always remember a face which makes the place feel more about. We highly recommend this hotel not just for the location and the great rooms, but the great service too :)

The staff were nice, but the bedroom was located right beside the bins. I couldn’t even open my window because there would be stuff out there having smoke breaks and the noise from the bin men were just ridiculous. Kept waking me up definitely will return but will be upgraded room for next trip.

Hotel spotless , staff impeccable so friendly nothing was too much central location breakfast was delicious and a blonde waitress serving breakfast went out of her way with all guests and even when there was a language barrier we observed her being very patient and attentive . Also a woman on the desk at check in was great and very friendly would definitely come again if had an event in city centre !
